Beer with a Boss will be held on Thurs., Feb. 26th from 4-5 PM at 7 Hills Brewing Co. featuring Matt Tompkins, CEO and Managing Partner at Tertium Development.

Matt Tompkins, a longtime entrepreneur, community leader, and co-founder of Ethos Veterinary Health and Tertium, LLC. Over his career, Matt helped grow a small veterinary practice into a national organization with more than 2,000 team members, and today he focuses on building community-centered developments right here in the Midwest. He’s deeply involved in Dubuque nonprofits, passionate about mentoring young people, and—fun fact—he’s also an avid theater performer and U.S. Army veteran.
